Without our hardworking, loyal employees it would be difficult to
ensure the same quality cauliflower that we are able to produce
today. Our workers are an important part of our operation and we
appreciate their continual commitment to our farm and the quality
products that you, the buyer, receive.
We pride ourselves as a family operation and are pleased that
many of our families of workers have been with us for several
generations. The majority of our workers originate from southern
California and northern Mexico. They travel north each summer to
escape the extreme heat that so often accompanies the summer
months.
